85th TRIMURTHY SHIVJAYANTI 2021 on 11th March 2021

Like every year this year, 85th Shiv Jayanti is celebrated with zeal and enthusiasm at Prasanna Ganapathi Temple, ISRO Layout, Bangalore.  From Baba’s Yagya, We organized a one-day Spiritual Exhibition on 11th Mar 2021, The Exhibition was opened for people of all walks of life from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm. Around 400 people including eminent personalities like Scientists, Engineers visited the event and were benefited. With the Co-operation of BK brothers and Sisters here the program started from Flag Hoisting at Centre by 9 AM accompanied with  Oath taking ceremony and Spreading the vibrations of peace and Tranquility for the world around for about 10 minutes in silence.

Brahma Kumaris organized to place a temporary idol of  ‘Shivlingam’ decorated with flowers, which was the main attraction of this Exhibition. The exhibition had spiritual pictorials explaining the World Cycle, Knowledge of Three Worlds, Trimurthy Shiva, moral values, and eradication of bad habits. Simultaneously, how one can develop communication with Supreme with one relationship was also explained.

Evening at 6 PM small cultural event was organized at the venue, Few eminent youth leaders were invited as chief guests – Dr Jyothi Lakshmi, Dr. Anand Kumar, PSI Asha to award the School and College students, who participated in the Online Skit Competition with topics on spreading positive information about Spiritual Wisdom that fosters harmonious growth in society. At this event, the students performed various cultural performances of dance and singing developed through spiritual life skills.

As a part of the event, Brahma Kumari Megha Behn spoke about the importance of the Shiv Jayanthi festival and the need for inculcating divine values in oneself to create a better world through raj yoga meditation. All the Participants and Chief Guests were honoured with Godly gifts. Apart from the above- Cake cutting, Candle Lighting was organized at the centre.

Independence Day Celebrations 15th Aug 2020

On this important day of our nation, Brahma Kumaris were invited for the Flag hoisting at a Gated community in ISRO Layout, Bangalore.
   Following all the safety measures, Flag hoisting was started with Bharat Matapuja, followed by Flag hoisting by BK Megha Sister, and simultaneously National anthem was sung by children of the Community here.
      Brahma Kumari sister later enlightened everyone present about, celebrating true Independence by Realising the self and make the self free from the captivity of 5 vices. Also to get out of the extreme dependence on electronic gadgets.
Finally, Few minutes of meditation was also conducted for spreading the peace for the souls who were deceased and for those still struggling to get out of the influence of virus COVID -19.
